redmi mi new upcoming smart phone 7A price specification ;;
The product shots
and the official specs sheet reveal that the Redmi 7A is a big upgrade over the
Redmi 6A. As far as the specs are concerned the Redmi 7A comes with a 5.45-inch
IPS LCD HD display and offers an aspect ratio of 18:9. Sadly, unlike other Redmi
7 series phones including the Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7 Pro and Redmi 7, the
all-new Redmi 7A includes very thick bezels on all sides. There's no notch on
the phone. The interesting bit is the phone comes with P2i nano-coating that
makes the phone water splash proof.
On the hardware
front, the Redmi 7A is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor. It is a
good news that Redmi hasn't used MediaTek chipset to power the Redmi 7A, unlike
the Redmi 6A. To recall, the Redmi 6A comes with a MediaTek Helio A22 SoC. The
Redmi 7A is backed by a 4000mAh battery. Well, this Redmi phone sadly has no
Type C support. So users will need to use Micro USB port to charge the phone.
The Redmi 7A also includes triple card slot that can be used to put two SIM
cards and one microSD card. The storage space can be expanded up to 256GB
storage.
As far as the camera
setup is concerned, the Redmi 7A sports a 13MP AI based camera on the back
panel and 5MP selfie shooter on the front. The rear camera setup of the Redmi
7A includes several camera features like AI beautification. The front camera
too comes with several AI based camera features like AI Beauty camera, AI
Background Blur and supports AI Face Unlock. Glad to see face unlock support on
the Redmi 7A. Notably, there's no rear-mounted fingerprint sensor as was also
the case with the Redmi 6A.
As noted at the
beginning of the article, Xiaomi Redmi is yet to reveal the price of the Redmi
7A. The official price of the Redmi 7A will be revealed on May 28 at the launch
event of the Redmi K20.
